This specific implementation provides remote access to the iRefIndex database, at the University of Oslo.
Additional details on iRefIndex are available at http://irefindex.uio.no
Documentation on the iRefIndex PSICQUIC service is at
http://irefindex.uio.no/wiki/README_PSICQUIC_web_services_for_iRefIndex
The entire iRefIndex dataset in MITAB2.6 format can be downloaded via FTP.
Not all columns in this format are returned by the current implementation of PSICQUIC.
